HOW TO: Lace Rose Braid as Seen on PinterestThis photo has reached thousands of repins on Pinterest--and though the originator of the look has yet to be found, the braiding inspiration has spread like wildfire.

Here at MODERN SALON, we love sharing YOUR work, inspiring you with the work of others, and helping you learn how to recreate these styles.

So we were thrilled when we came across princesshairstyles.com's (a mother's blog that she launched as a fun way to spend time with her daughter) latest article where she recreates the popular look.

"This hair style is really not that complicated as long as you know how to lace braid, although it is a little more time consuming than some of the styles we have done," she says. "You will probably need to give yourself 15-20 minutes to complete all of the braiding and pinning. Since this hair style is so lovely, romantic, beautiful and feminine, I would say the extra time is definitely worth it!"

Um. We couldn't agree more.

Supplies Needed:
2 small clear elastics, 1 medium clear elastic
2 clips to temporarily hold the ends of the braids
    Several bobby pins
    Comb or brush
    Hairspray
