What do you get when you combine Hayley Williams' fiery red hues with Jennifer Lawrence's chic pixie? Hayley Lawrence, Jennifer Williams OR a stunning how-to from p!ay hair lounge stylist Allison Clevenger for client Olivia.

Paramore's front-woman inspires many of the fierce reds Clevenger produces, she says. The cut, which looks a lot like what Jennifer Lawrence has been sporting as of late, is a big trend at p!ay hair lounge this year, according to Clevenger. "It's one of the most requested cuts at p!ay hair lounge," she says.
