“Robert Lobetta lives by the mantra, ‘A man in motion stays in motion.’ Sculptor, painter, photographer, hairdresser—he is a Renaissance man.”—Excerpt from Salon to Celebrity: the british hairdressing story by Harold Leighton, available at shopmodernsalon.com.

From his humble beginnings as a young hairdresser in London to the creative director for Sebastian International, Lobetta’s ideology of beauty and unique approach to create thought-provoking imagery are two of the reasons he influences others in his craft. “My work is an evolving abstract process. I’m driven by a desire for perfection: you are only as good as your last piece of work,” he explains.
