Learn how to translate this mini-masterpiece into a DIY wearable work of art using the CND Modern Folklore collection. STEP 1: Apply two thin coats of VINYLUX Weekly Polish in Crimson Sash.
STEP 2: Mix a small amount of VINYLUX Weekly Top Coat and red glitter, and apply to entire nail.
STEP 3: While still tacky, apply rhinestones in varying sizes and shades of red.
STEP 4: Secure rhinestones with VINYLUX Weekly Top Coat.
