Kallista Wins Innovation Award  Kallista Daily Moisturizing Cream for Creative Hands has won a 2014 ICMAD CITY Award for Product Innovation in the Bath and Body category. Presented by the Independent Cosmetics Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD), the Cosmetic Innovators of The Year (CITY) award winners were announced at a recent dinner in New York City.

Accepting the award with Co-founder and Managing Director George Frantzis, Co-founder and Director of Sales and Education Linda Gillette Parodi stated, “We are thrilled to win a CITY Award from ICMAD. To be recognized by our industry and our entrepreneurial peers is an honor. To be doing something we love, for the love of hairdressers, and now to win an award for our efforts, is a true gift for which I am grateful.”

The Daily Moisturizing Cream for Creative Hands is one of the company’s two initial products created especially for salon professionals, whose hands are exposed to excessive water, chemicals and high heat. Like the second product, Intensive Moisturizing Cream for Creative Hands, the Daily Moisturizing Cream contains no parabens, silicones, petrochemicals, phthalates or synthetic chemicals. Its fast-absorbing formula leaves hands moisturized, revitalized, non-greasy, supple, soft and protected, even with repeated washing.
