This hotter than hot neon green ombre made us just stop in our tracks when we found it on instagram. Melissa Meacham (@roguehairstudio) of Rogue Hair Studio really nailed it! "There is NOT a filter on this," she says. Here she offers the HOW TO:

Step 1: Pre lighten with TIGI True Light White. Apply in an Ombre style.

Step 2: Shampoo and lightly condition with Oatmeal & Honey from Catwalk by Tigi.

Step 3: Spray with Fast Fixx from Catwalk by Tigi and completely dry the hair.

Step 4: Apply the darker color at the base: Pravana Vivids 2 parts Green, 1 part Blue, 2 parts Silk Degrees.

Step 5: Melt the following shades: A darker shade is applied to the upper mids: Pravana Vivids 1 part Green, 1 part Neon Blue, 2 parts Silk Degrees.

Step 6: A second but lighter shade is melted to the lower mids: Pravana Vivids 1 part Green, 3 parts Neon Green, 1 part Silk Degrees.

Step 7: The lightest shade is applied to the ends in foils: 2 parts Neon Yellow, 1 part Yellow, 1 part Silk Degrees.

Step 8: Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.

TIP: When rinsing color, keep foils in until all other color is rinsed. This creates a glowing look through the ends.
