EMMYS 2014: January Jones' Bun & Fringe

Lauren Quick | August 26, 2014 | 9:03 AM

EMMYS 2014: January Jones' Bun & FringePureology Artistic Ambassador Natasha Sunshine sheds light on how to achieve January Jones' low bun with fringe from the 2014 Emmys.

GET THE LOOK

STEP 1: Start with clean, dry hair. Apply a dime to nickle-sized bit of Pureology Density Definer Medium Hold Creme Wax. Pat it over the entire head so as not to create a greasy effect. Comb through once evenly distributed.

STEP 2: Pull hair into a low ponytail and create a bun. Secure by pinning in an X-fashion to ensure pins will stay in place.

STEP 3: Take one pass with a flatiron to get Jones' ultra-straight fringe.

STEP 4: Pull a few extra pieces out for an undone effect.
