On a recent creative, colorful morning in Glendora, CA, talented stylists from the Kut Haus Salon in Claremont, CA got together to play.  They were exploring the rich effects achieved with the newly-launched Igora Royal Opulescence colors, six shimmering shades inspired by the pigments used by Renaissance painters and dressmakers.

Colorist Anthony Vincent (@anthonyvincenttt) shares his formulas for two of his models from the day.

FORMULAS and PROCESS

"I lifted both of my models with Schwarzkopf Blondeme lightener with 30 volume."

RICH MAHOGANY

 Base: 15 g 3-19 25 grams of 5-26

Ends : 25 g 5-67 25 g 6-78

(Applied with the color sponge )

SOFT BLUSH

Base : 10g 3-19 25g 8-19

Ends (below the crown) : 8-19

Ends (crown area) : I did a variety of small weaved sections including 7-48, 9.5-18, 9.5-17, 9.5-4
