Celebrity Make Up Artist David Maderich has dozens of tips for other pros, but when asked to narrow it down to just three for a photoshoot, he struggled. "There are so many." he says, "But these three are certainly at the top of the list."

Check out the following short video and see Maderich in action, but in a nutshell:

1. Pay special attention to the eyebrows. They should never be an afterthought. Always brush them up and keep an eye on them throughout the shoot.

2. Curl the eyelashes. "It really does make a difference in the camera."

3. Unless you want a shiny face, always use powder. Maderich uses powder on every face and he warns to "Not overuse powder. It can make your model look deadly."
