In Go24.7’s newest collection, artists Gary Baker and Dylan Johnson put a modern spin on well-known trends over the decades, using the spring/summer 2017 runway men’s collections as inspiration. The looks range from preppy to new wave and were all styled using Go24.7 products.
“The hair cuts were decidedly given a little more length than what we have seen the last few years, so more shear work was involved,” Baker says. “We used shears to remove internal weight from some strong outlines and to add texture so the hair could be worn in different ways. We then combined this in non- traditional styling, more like what we do backstage to create some great alternative looks.”
Sophisticated, subtle, strength: John Simpson and Christopher Dove of CoCre8, create a collection designed to take both a natural and artificial glamour with each shift of the hair using L'ANZA hair color.
2017 marks the golden anniversary for Olivia Garden. As the iconic brush and tool manufacturer celebrates 50 beautiful years, its newest collection reflects the versatility of the brand, and the results achievable through quality tools.
For his collection, Extremity, stylist Matt Tyldesley (@hairbymatt) wanted to showcase braiding, cornrowing and hair wrapping combined with some hair pieces using kanekalon hair he had been constructing.
