Jimmy Fallon looked great from head to toe at both the VMAs and Emmys held this past Sunday and Monday. Redken Artists Keri Bailes and Brayden Pelletier were behind the scenes at the MTV Video Music Awards making sure that all of the celebrities’ tresses looked nothing but their best.

Here they have the inside scoop on how to get Fallon’s style in just a couple of minutes using only three products.

STEP 1: Emulsify a dime-size amount of Redken Mess Around 10 disrupting cream-paste into palms and work into damp hair.

STEP 2: Dry hair using the Sam Villa E-T.C. Light Blowdryer.

STEP 3: Finish the look by applying a dime-size amount of Redken for Men Work Hard molding hair paste to add texture and definition for a messy, lived-in look.

STEP 4: To freshen up the style the day after without shampooing, generously spray hair with Cerafill Texture Effect and work into hair with fingers, to instantly refresh and add texture.
