Daniel Mason-Jones (@DanielMasonJones), co-owner of Muse Salon and Spa in Johns Creek, Georgia (metro Atlanta), is a versatile artist but specializes in cut, color and styling, and admits he is "obsessed with balayage." Mason-Jones has more than 23K followers feasting their eyes on his impressive makeovers resulting from cut, color and style. He does it all.

Age: 39

My favorite apps: InstaSize, WordSwag, iMovie and of course Uber eats.

My favorite hashtags: #balayage #instahair #hairstylist #haircolor #ittakesapro and then the obvious #ModernSalon

Who I'm following: I am inspired by so many so I follow many. Mostly, I try to follow and support the ones trying to make it that haven't been "discovered" yet. SO much talent out there!!!

My favorite professional beauty products are: Kerastase Ciment Thermique, Shu Uemura Kengo Feather, L’Oreal Professionnel Beach Waves, Baxter of California Protein Shampoo

How Social Media changed my life: I've always had a large business as a stylist but social media is bringing in so many clients from out of state. It's amazing to see how many people will willingly hop on a flight to come get a great cut and color.

The first time I was featured on Modern Salon was just over a month ago and I was so excited!!! Just a week later, I had the opportunity to host a Facebook live with Maggie Mulhern at the Salon Centric Advanced Training Academy in Tampa with over 40,000 of our closest friends, watching from across the globe.
