In addition to its hair cutting and styling education, NEUMA Haircare, a brand that produces natural, sustainable, and organic products, also offers an advanced Immersion Certification, which includes an in-depth product instruction and technical service education.

“We are always considering how NEUMA can support the professional salon business,” Lawrence Salazar, director of education for NEUMA Haircare, said. “This program is a resource to teach how to build your salon business beyond just how to use the product. We use this as a recruitment tool to find educators.”

Furthering its education initiative, NEUMA’s California Experience, an annual educational and lifestyle event, will be held September 17-19 in Huntington Beach, Calif.

“There will be a general session with exciting keynote speakers, a tour of the NEUMA facilities, breakout workshops with classes in hair cutting, styling, social media and a session on business building for salon owners,” Salazar said. “The base of the appeal is wide for all types of beauty professionals.”
