The fall 2017 CosmoProf License to Create Scholarship is accepting applications through Oct. 30 for cosmetology students who are less than halfway through their program. Students have the chance to win one of four $5,000 scholarships.

Introduced in spring 2017, the CosmoProf Licensed to Create scholarship celebrates the artistic skill and unlimited creativity of beauty professionals.

“As supporters of licensed beauty professionals and an advocate for the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation, CosmoProf is excited about recognizing and rewarding the inspiration of NextGen hairstylists,” Jennifer Wilder, VP of marketing at CosmoProf, said.

The scholarship is funded through contributions from CosmoProf customers, proceeds from Licensed to Create merchandise, and the support of brands including DevaCurl, Joico, TIGI, and Wella, as well as a matching contribution from CosmoProf.
