In this Subtle Strobing look, the effects are placed at the eyes and cheekbones where different blonde shades create an alternated contrasting effect. They offset each other, but also gently blend together.

COLOR:

STEP 8: Remove the clips and brush the hair with a flat brush to create the final result. Use Design It Creative Hairspray to give it a bouncy effortless look.
