 Premiere Show Group hosted an education packed show at this year’s Premiere Beauty Classic on October 15-16 in Columbus, OH with more than 9,000 beauty professionals and future industry professionals in attendance.

Inspiring Education

For the first time, Premiere welcomed celebrity stylist, Tabatha Coffey presenting with Matrix to the event; attendees packed the sold out Main Stage as well as the extended two-hour Look & Learn for information and inspiration rich education. Also offering professional growth oriented education was Winn Claybaugh who provided two classes on Main Stage “Be Nice (Or Else)” in which he provided his serious business insight to hundreds of beauty professionals. Then for the new and future professionals at the show, Claybaugh spoke more on the level of an entry level stylist and helped motivate them towards a successful career.

Attendees also enjoyed education by Intercoiffure America/Canada’s Educator of the Year, Sunlights Balayage’s own, Candy Shaw, as well as the welcoming back of industry legend Martin Parsons. Other guest artists included Daniel Mason Jones, Donald Scott NYC (Donald Scott & Rachelle King), Hattori Hanzo Shears (Justin Thomas, Oscar Bond & Wayne Tuggle), Pulp Riot (Amanda Diambri, Ash Fortis & Caitlin Ford), Redken 5th Avenue NYC (Brayden Pelletier & Tara Gardiner), Retrohair (Gino Martino), Sam Villa (Jesse Linares) and Surface (Kelly Vanderwier).

New and future professionals were able to speak with representatives from several national salon brands such as Sports Clips and Fantastic Sams at a Job Fair hosted by Beauty Cast Network regarding their career and benefit opportunities.

Exciting Exhibitors

Attendees were able to able to learn and shop from  manufacturers including Ardell, CND, DreamCatchers, Hair U Wear, L’ANZA, Matrix, Morphe, Pulp Riot, Redken 5th Avenue NYC, Sam Villa, Sexy Hair and Thermafuse. Throughout the day on Sunday the floor was filled with beauty professionals from across the Midwest. On Monday the floor remained busy as busloads of future professionals and their instructors made came to experience.
