Maggie Mulhern | December 8, 2017 | 7:07 AM
Madison Carlisle (@hairbymadisoncarlisle) of Exchange Salon, Flushing, Michigan says "My client came in with grown out highlights and wanted to achieve a seamless grow out but also not compromising on the brightness of her blonde." Here she shares the details on how she converted this blonde from warm and golden to ashy and bright.
Step 1: Balayage using Redken's Flash Lift lightener with 30 volume and Olaplex. Process for 35 minutes lifting to level 9.

Step 2: At the shampoo bowl shadow root with Redken Shades Cream 6NA for a few minutes, watching closely. Shampoo.
Step 3: Tone all over with Redken Shades EQ 9T.
