ECRU New York unveiled its Specialist Program, an exclusive initiative for licensed cosmetologists who wish to advance their educational development by becoming ECRU New York brand experts.
Designed for ECRU New York salon partners, the Specialists serve as official liaisons between the brand and their respective salons. With this initiative, ECRU New York expands its education program, adding tremendous value to its salon partners, and setting their cosmetologists up for success by becoming experts on ECRU New York’s products and collections.
ECRU New York Specialists will become social influencers who participate and represent the brand in trade, fashion, and beauty events. They also receive, test, and evaluate new products, and share reviews.
Soft-launching in September 2017, the program kicked off with workshops, classes, and Facebook-Live sessions. Designed by ECRU New York’s Creative Director, Lisa Lobosco and new Global Director of Education, Amanda Jenkins, the program is now fully initiated, and the next meeting is slated for April 2018.
