During Joico's Global Destination Education 2018 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, industry icon Vivienne Mackinder made sure to teach, inspire and challenge attendees.

Throughout the week, Mackinder taught various sessions. Unlock your Creativity took attendees on a journey outside of their "safe space" and taught how to overcome the fear of failure, break the rules and bypass brainfreeze.
