Melody and Michael Lowenstein of Ross Michaels Salon, the PRAVANA Collective hair artists behind the holographic hair movement, drew inspiration from the ever-popular Valentine’s Day sweet to create this seriously beautiful Candy Hearts-inspired look!

Using PRAVANA’s VIVIDS in pastel shades Pretty in Pink, Luscious Lavender, Mystical Mint, Too Cute Coral as well as a NEON Yellow, VIVIDS Violet and VIVIDS Clear (used to "pastelize" the colors), the Lowenstein's melted these shades to create this delicious finish.

HOW-TO:

Model was pre-lightened to a level 10 using PRAVANA PURE LIGHT Creme Lightener with varying volumes of developer. 

Formula 1. VIVIDS Luscious Lavender

Formula 2. VIVIDS Blissful Blue

Formula 3. VIVIDS Pretty in Pink

Formula 4. VIVIDS Too Cute Coral

Formula 5. VIVIDS Mystical Mint

Formula 6. 95% VIVIDS Clear + 5% VIVIDS Neon Yellow

 

Apply Formula 1 at the root area starting at the nape then formulas 2,3,4,5 & 6 are color melted in order into the mids and ends.

Process 20 min. then rinse and dry. Style as desired.
