Haley Garber (@beautybyhaleygarber) has a gorgeous way of bringing hair color to life by highlighting it with braids and upstyles that capture all the dimension of the color.

"I had so much fun creating these hidden pops of color on the underneath of her hair!" says Garber of this five-strand side braid and fun bun colored using Aloxxi InstaBoost Conditioning Color Masques. "I blow dried in the conditioning cream, and then used small amounts of the conditioning cream and serum (Aloxxi Essential 7 Oil Restorative Hair Serum) combined to do the five-strand braid. Combining the two gave a soft hold with lots of shine. I secured that all together and misted with the shine spray, then pinned down the messy bun and misted again."

COLOR HOW-TO:

STEP ONE: "I used Aloxxi Ultra Lightener and 20 volume to pre-lighten from the crown down.

STEP TWO: "After rinsing her (using Aloxxi Essential 7 Oil Shampoo and Conditioner) I rough dried her about 95% then used Aloxxi InstaBoost Conditioning Color Masks in Purple Reign, Purple Reign + Fireball Red, and Purple Reign + True Blue.

STEP THREE: "Styled with Aloxxi Essential 7 Oil Dry Oil Shine Mist, Conditioning Cream, and Serum."
