Formula 1: 1 oz #mydentity #Magnum8 Powder Lightener with 2 oz 20-volume permanent developer
Formula 2: 2 oz Direct Dye Vibrant Pastel Scandal
Formula 3: 2 oz Xposed
- Use Formula 1 to pre-lighten hair to a level 9-10. Process 20-45 minutes, then shampoo and condition before drying completely.
- Apply Formula 2 on the base area.
- Melt Formula 3 into Formula 2, then pull it through mid-lengths and ends.
- Process 25 minutes. Rinse with cool water until water runs clear.
