Follow these easy steps from Satin Smooth to help clients fight the signs of aging and create radiant skin in 20 minutes.
Prep the skin correctly. Applying a sheet mask seems pretty straight forward, however, with the ease of the sheet mask, it’s easy to forget it requires preparation for best results. Always apply to a clean face. Be sure to thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin before applying the mask. Do not apply any other moisturizers or serums.
Remove the mask from packaging, and apply the fabric side directly onto the face. The foil side should not touch the skin. Make sure the mask totally adheres to the face by making sure the cut-outs for the eyes, nose and mouth are matched appropriately. Then smooth down the mask with an outward motion, limiting as many creases as possible. Remove the mask after 20 minutes, and do not rinse!
What you do after you take it off is just as important. Do not wipe the excess serum off the skin or wash the face afterward. To get the full benefits, and to take total advantage of the concentrated ingredients, allow absorption of the remaining serum by gently patting the skin with your hand. If there is extra serum in the packaging, apply to neck and chest for additional benefits.
