COTTON CANDY COLOR HOW-TO:
Johnson lifted the hair to a level 10 using Milk_shake level-9 lightener with 20-volume developer and Olaplex. He shampooed and dried the hair before applying 10.17 permanent Milk_shake color with a dash of Milk_shake Creative Colors Red all over. After processing and rinsing, Johnson used the Milk_shake Direct Color Pink to gloss the hair and help maintain the color longevity.
