T. Cooper of Metro Look, lead hairdresser for the Danelle Izzajaye Dungca's One10Collection presented yesterday at New York Fashion Week, created beautiful silhouettes for her models.

After creating a firm but smooth foundation on top, the hair is gathered at the nape and secured in a ponytail. Side sections are criss crossed in a basket weave pattern and secured under and around the elastic. The hair falling from the ponytail is curled in either a curling iron (one inch Andis Titanium Curling Iron) or ribbon curled (Andis Curved Edge Titanium Flat iron). After curling, small sections are pulled out and "push curled" to the base of the ponytail.

"It's a beautiful romantic finish," says T. Cooper. "It's an unstructured but tasteful look...and perfect for the gorgeous collection."

Here she breaks down the look and offers a HOW TO.
