Dr. Alan J. Brent Hardgrave has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and has been a platform artist and educator for numerous major brands. A company’s abrupt departure from Atlanta, taking 60 of his clients with them, opened the door for Brent to expand his talents in the direction of the wonderful world of extensions. He is now a renowned extension expert. Expanding on the knowledge he gained in the first few months working with extensions, he discovered a niche and invented The Brent Brush followed shortly by a collaborative book on hair loss. Dr. Nikki D. Hill, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist who is nationally recognized for the diagnosis and management of medical hair loss conditions. She opened her practice, the Skin of Culture and Hair Center (SOCAH Center) in Atlanta, GA to focus on the needs of hair loss patients and to educate them about their conditions and the best treatment options for them. Dr. Hill has presented research at national and international conferences and continues to be a contributor for her peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of the Atlanta Association of Dermatologists and Dermatologic Surgeons, Women’s Dermatology, American academy of Dermatology, Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons.

Keith Jeffords, M.D., D.D.S. is Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a known figure in hair restoration, performing hair restoration since 2001. He has been the course director in hair restoration for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons for both 2015 and 2016. He is a clinical trainer for NeoGraft. He is a 6 time Atlanta Magazine “Top Doctor” and is listed by Madison Media in “Best Plastic Surgeons in America. He is the award recipient of many honors including a Proclamation from the Georgia House of Representatives and the Emory University’s “Marion Luther Brittain Award”.

Hair replacement and restoration came into focus for Jeffrey Paul when his niece, a leukemia patient, asked for his help. In the process, he discovered his life’s mission; to serve the physical and emotional needs of individuals who have been scarred by disease, injury, and trauma. He conducts seminars and workshops for salon and spa professionals in the United States and Canada, teaching the latest techniques for hair restoration and replacement. He is the Founder of Wigs for Kids™ - the non-profit organization that provides custom-made Hair Replacement Systems at no cost to children losing their hair due to medical reasons.

Marsha Scott has been a hairdresser for 41 years, opening her own salon 31 years ago. In 1979 she found herself seeking solutions for many of her female clients experiencing hair. She became active in the American Hair Loss Council.  As she gathered data from numerous sources, it became clear to her that while there were many choices for men experiencing hair loss, women were left with few remedies. She founded the Women’s Hair Loss Clinic and developed the M. Scott Method, which can be customized to meet each woman’s needs. Since then, thousands of women have benefited from her work in this field. 

Sheila Wilson has over 30 years’ experience as a stylist, salon owner, educator, mentor and colorist. Since 1989, she has been president of Master Design Salon & Wellness Studio and last year was elected first vice president of Intercoiffure America/Canada. Sheila is one of the founding members of the International Haircolor Exchange the American Board of Certified Haircolorists and serves as Atelier Chair for Intercoiffure. She has received numerous awards, including the Ordre de la Chavalerie from Intercoiffure Mondial, the ICA Adolf Beicker Award and the ICA Sans Bias Award. Sheila worked with Redken as a RDD and on the Redken Challenge of Success team as well as Clairol’s  Presidential Haircolor Board and was named one of the top five hair stylists by McCall’s Magazine.
