The new Moroccanoil Academy has opened its doors at 135 East 57th Street in the heart of NYC. The 8,500 square foot space and educational site offers an impressive roster of classes designed to enlighten salon pros at all stages of their careers.
Moroccanoil held a competition to tap into the creative minds of the next generation of students at the Parsons School of Design, tasking them to help make some changes in their packaging with the environment as the main concern. The winners and their designs, all with sustainability front and center, were announced this past month.
Moroccanoil co-founder Carmen Tal hosted a panel in NYC to bring awareness to HALO, the non-profit designed to help homeless and at-risk youth.
