GAMA Italy Professional has introduced its third-generation hair dryer, the iQ3, that offers ‘Smart Performance’, a combination of power, performance, extended life-cycle, promotion of hair health, and overall luxe user experience.

Features of the iQ3

The iQ3 is as light as the original version but introduces ‘e-system C’ technology, a blinking red light, and audible reminder that goes off when conditions of use are not ideal, signaling that the filter needs to be cleaned or changed. Identifying suboptimal working conditions and anomalies, the system automatically restores the correct operating temperature and informs the user via light and sound system that it’s time for maintenance.

The Turbo function allows the iQ3 to reach an RPM of 120,000 for 30 seconds. The hairdryer is fitted with the Venturi effect that creates a vacuum, increasing potency by multiplying the airflow without using extra-power. The iQ3 also contains a RAMP cooling effect that adjusts the temperature efficiently, guaranteeing a gradual regulation of temperature when turning on and off. More ‘Smart Performance’ features include the Stand-by function with Smart Pad to automatically deactivate the dryer upon contact, further reducing energy waste.

Optimal Hair Health

The iQ3’s oxy-active properties and emission of negative ions allow hair and scalp rejuvenation to ensure healthier, shinier, and regenerated/reconstructed hair from the cuticles to the tips. Emitting oxygen that acts as a powerful anti-bacterial shield, this oxy-active technology prolongs the duration of permanent coloring treatments, enhancing brightness by neutralizing the damage produced by free radicals.

What’s Included

Included with the iQ3 are two concentrator nozzles with Cool Grip, the GAMA patented star nozzle - ideal for volumizing roots, sensitive scalps, or people with very fine hair - with Cool Grip, and deep diffuser, along with nine extra filters (each good for up to 50 uses). All nozzles and the diffuser are interlocking to ensure they never slip off.
