SALON TODAY announces its 2017 Salons of the Year, with The Boulevard Salon Company in Webster Groves, Missouri, winning the Grand-Prize; Dasi Salon in Livingston, New Jersey capturing First Runner-Up; Bella Rinova Salon in Houston sliding into Second Runner-Up; and Champagne Nail Lounge in Los Angeles, earning the Third Runner-Up as well as our first NAILS Salon of the Year.
