First ever Change-Makers’ Gala benefiting Beauty Changes Lives.

The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation announced that Carolyn Aronson, founder and CEO of hair care brand It's A 10 Haircares and Be A 10 Cosmetics received a Legacy Award at the first ever Change-Makers' Gala on April 16, 2023, in Rosemont, IL. The award is presented to individuals who have made a significant impact on the beauty industry and have shown a dedication to philanthropy.

Carolyn Aronson is an industry leader and philanthropist, whose work has touched countless lives. As the founder and CEO of successful brands, Aronson has been able to use her platform to positively impact communities she feels passionate about. Her philanthropic work includes supporting organizations such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  She has also established the Carolyn Aronson Beauty Scholarship, which provides financial assistance to individuals pursuing a career in the beauty industry. Aronson's commitment to giving back has earned her numerous accolades, including the Spirit of Life Award from the City of Hope.

The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation was founded in 2013 with the mission of empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. The organization offers scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and career guidance to individuals pursuing a career in the beauty industry. The Change-Makers' Gala is the foundation's flagship event and brings together industry leaders, educators, and students to celebrate the impact of the beauty industry.
