MODERN SALON's Indie Pro Awards has returned for its second annual iteration ahead of our fall edition of Independent Boot Camp! This year's entries from independent beauty and barbering professionals across the U.S. have proven to be some of the best hair and nail art we've seen yet, and we're so excited to share with you who we've chosen as our finalists in each category.
