NYFW: Ecru New York At All Comes From Nothing

Maggie Mulhern | September 22, 2017 | 6:32 AM

The 80’s influence was “staying alive”, on runways this season. Lisa Lobosco, Creative Director for ECRU New York, shares her inspiration for the models of ALL COMES FROM NOTHING at NOLCHA S/S 18. “Nothing is more sexy than slicked-back-hair, but not the hard-hat-feel that we’ve seen in decades’ past. Slicked Back Chic is re-invented. Think of that perfect moment when hair is combed back and morphing from wet to dry, when it separates on its own, and beautiful strands just fall."

To achieve this look, Lobosco used Sunlight Holding Spray to carefully separate and add shine with a touch of a hand.
