The awards will be held Sunday, July 29, 2018, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. MODERN SALON will also be producing the NAHA Winner’s Portfolio in partnership with PBA, Matrix, Mizani, Redken and L’Oreal Professionnel.
