The Bellus Academy winning streak continues as February 2015 graduate Samantha Peters captured her second industry title in less than a month. Peters was named winner in the “Student” category of the Sebastian Professional 2015 What’s Next Awards in New York City. The honor comes on the heels of her taking first place in the Wella Student Competition at America’s Beauty Show in Chicago.
