Beyond the Ponytail (BTP), a global hair community for stylists and consumers, is thrilled to launch their first BELIEVE IT Hair Show on October 1-2, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia. BELIEVE IT is designed to bridge the gap between both the hair and bridal industries. With an anticipated 300 attendees, the purpose of the show is to elevate the global community and provide education on the latest trends and techniques in styling.

The two-day show will also include the BTP Styling Awards Gala, an event created to recognize both well-known and emerging stylists from the global community that have shared their passion for the craft throughout the year.

Angela Cattaneo, the founder of Beyond the Ponytail, has been a stylist for 23 years, and she remembers the exact day she began building her @beyondtheponytail community. “I started Instagram on October 19, 2015,” she shares. “I was very into advanced braiding, and I started tagging all the industry pages and my work was getting featured. It was an incredible feeling having my work recognized.”

Cattaneo is now proud to be offering that incredible feeling to other artists with the launch of this new event.

“I want to recognize artists in our industry and give them that incredible confidence boost I experienced when my work was recognized. I want to spread that energy out into the world.”
