It was sizzling hot, in the 90s most days at New York Fashion Week for Spring 2017 but, just as they were in the freezing cold, the Fab Fashionistas Seen on Scene were on target with their hair, their makeup, their fashions, jewelry, shoes and accessories.
Interestingly, many were dressed in Zara, some in H&M as well as in top designer labels. There was a lot of lace, and totally bared shoulders to cope with the heat. Everyone was cool, in every way.
