After Real Housewives of Miami's (RHOM’s) Stephanie Shojaee called her under-chin lipo “life-changing” at BravoCon, the internet has basically been in a chokehold over chin contouring. This tiny tweak is one part of the mini makeovers that will be trending in cosmetic surgery for 2026.

Why under-chin lipo is trending
Under-chin liposuction has become one of the fastest growing procedures because people are seeing how dramatic the transformation can be for such a small, minimally invasive treatment. Under-chin lipo is a very quick, awake procedure that removes excess fat under the chin with precision. It’s done using local anesthesia, so patients stay comfortable, and downtime is minimal.
