Every time I get my hair cut, I make a promise to myself... "This time," I say, "I'm going to use products to prevent damage every single time I style my hair." Well, just like a New Year's resolution, I somehow seem to forget that promise after just a few weeks.

This time, I swear, is different.

I started using Joico's KPAK Liquid Reconstructor before every blow dry and flatiron session. And it's totally working. 

First of all, the mist that comes out of this spray bottle is a perfect, portioned amount.  Each section (I do three when I blow dry) requires only one or two spritzes and I'm set.

Yes, I still pile on the Moroccanoil and Hydrating Creme, but this KPAK spray definitely protects me from damage.

Pegged as an "intense, leave-in liquid protein spray," it gives hair strength, shine and elasticity without adding weight (oh, and it smells pretty darn good, too!).
