Great Clips hair salon brand recognized a member of the corporate team with a prestigious certification in the franchise industry. Norm Willardson, senior director of business services for Great Clips, Inc., was recognized as a Certified Franchise Executive by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives. The International Franchise Association hosted the presentation during their annual convention in New Orleans, February 22-25, 2014.

Williardson is a 28-year veteran of franchising in his 12th year at Great Clips. Willardson completed a comprehensive course of study in franchise management offered by the institute, which is the academic branch of the International Franchise Association’s Educational Foundation.
