Macadamia Natural Oil (MNO) announced that Jeff Flansbaum has been appointed as Vice President of Global Operations. In this role, Flansbaum will be responsible for global supply chain and operations. Flansbaum brings over 25 years experience as a supply chain executive with expertise in logistics, procurement, quality control, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
“My strong suit is in negotiations and cost reductions,” Flansbaum said. “I am excited for the opportunity and hope that through my vast network of suppliers I can bring some profitable business to Macadamia and am looking forward to working with Vince Davis again.”

Most recently, Flansbaum spent 8 years with TIGI/Unilever as Senior Director of Global Supply Chain leading a team managing a complex network of co-packers and packaging suppliers with over 4,000 active items, 6 separate distribution and inventory facilities, demand planning, forecasting, regulatory, product registration, and compliancy in over 30 countries.
“His proven record of cost savings, SKU rationalization, and sales and operational planning provided significant improvements in product and vendor savings, inventory control, and complexity reductions,” MNO CEO Vince Davis said.
