Michelle Dailing joins Macadamia Professional as Director of Business Development, Specialty Retail.

Macadamia Professional  announced that Michelle Dailing joined the company as Director of Business Development, Specialty Retail. She brings over 15 years of experience working within the beauty industry.

Dailing will work with direct chains and dot com partners, while also looking for expansion for Macadamia Professional. In this role, she will manage relationships with Ulta, Beauty Brands. Peninsula Beauty, Folica.com, Dermstore.com, Beautybar.com and Beauty.com.

 In her past positions, she has worked for Ojon Haircare, REN Skincare and Philip B Haircare and has managed roles in various departments, including Distributor Sales Consultant to Manager of Specialty and Dotcom. Prior to Macadamia Professional, Dailing most recently served as National Sales Manager, Specialty Retail and Dotcom at Alterna.

Outside of work, Dailing enjoys camping with her husband and two young daughters, and running. She completed her first marathon last fall and also participates in triathlons.
