The Hollywood Beauty Awards recognize TV and film behind-the-scenes talent in hair, makeup, photography and styling. The Kathryn Blondell Award acknowledges elite industry talent who specialize in creating outstanding celebrity hairstyles, both on the red carpet and editorially. Nominees are judged on the highest standards of expertise, creativity and artistry in their work. Winners will be announced live at the event selected by the Hollywood Beauty Awards panel of industry professionals.
