Macadamia Beauty recently announced a new addition to their growing international team, Phil Ivaldi. As Director of Business Development for UK, Australia and Middle East markets, he is responsible for strengthening business relationships, expanding global market share and growing sales across all levels of customers on behalf of Macadamia Professional and éprouvage brands.

Prior to joining Macadamia Beauty, Ivaldi held leadership roles at TIGI and L’Oréal Professional with over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in the professional hair care industry. He brings extensive knowledge of international marketing strategy to the company along with strong relationships from his most recent position as Business Development Manager at TIGI .

With both merchandising and wholesale backgrounds from his time at L’Oréal Professional, he is well-versed in industry knowledge and will work with all departments in his sales role to reach target regions for Macadamia Professional and éprouvage.
