Shortcuts has introduced free ‘Health Checks’ to help clients get the most of their S.M.A.R.T. products, ensuring they are doing everything possible to bolster their salon and spa business.
The S.M.A.R.T. product suite is a range of online products designed to help salons enhance their clients’ experience and boost business. Salons can choose individual S.M.A.R.T. modules or add the entire package to their Shortcuts Point of Sale system.
“Our clients immediately saw the value of the S.M.A.R.T. products and services when they were released and we want to make sure they are getting the most out of each service they signed up for,” says Paul Tate, CEO of Shortcuts Software North America. “Each product has features that can help them grow and monitor their business success and client service, so we introduced this audit and training session to make sure we are assisting our clients in getting the most from the technology they have.”
The free check-up with a Shortcuts educator will assess how effectively salons are using online services in the Shortcuts S.M.A.R.T Suite. At no additional cost to the salon, every aspect of the service will be researched, with the educator offering personalized solutions for the client on how to get more from the system and how to spot revenue opportunities. This could include customized strategies to get more online bookings or help to understand how much revenue each email generates. The salon can also learn how to anticipate the likelihood of positive client referrals and how to measure year-on-year performance effectively.
