Surface donated product filled gift bags for the 500 guests in attendance at the Red Tie Gala. Proceeds from the event benefited the American Red Cross Preparedness, Response and Recovery Program and Services.

The crowd, all dressed with a splash of red, enjoyed an evening of cocktails, dinner, an auction and live entertainment.

Located at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, CA, the event honored television host Carson Daly and the producers, judges, cast and crew of NBC's hit show, The Voice with the Crystal Cross Award; Captain C.B. Sully Sullenberger with the 'Spirit of the Red Cross Award; and the UCLA People Animal Connection Program with the 'Rick Crocker Spirit of Volunteerism' Award.

Emmy award winner, Christine Devine of Fox 11 News, hosted the evening as the celebrity emcee while Celebrity Chef, Nick Stellino, catered the event. Other celebrities in attendance included T.J. Wilkins (The Voice), Biff Gore (The Voice), Dani Moz (The Voice), Bree Turner (NBC's Grimm) and Britsie Tulloch (Grimm).
