On the near horizon, salons will have ‘actionable analytics’- data that can be cut in a multitude of ways to get specific reports that drive business decisions. The opportunity for a software provider to determine which data is actionable and beneficial for a client is essential and we currently provide that with SureTint.  Analytics delivered to users at the point of action (or sale) are most relevant. Salons will be able to access specific, meaningful reports capturing every service or retail transaction in their business.  I believe the upcoming technology trends will focus on salon and stylist efficiency, consistency and engagement in ways that demonstrably impact business.”
