TOP HAIR International Trend & Fashion Days Düsseldorf 2013, Trade Fair – Congress for the International Hairdressing Industry will feature the latest in collections, trends and techniques. Attendees will experience four workshop stages covering the themes Cut, Color, Styling, the “Cutting Factory”, the congress and numerous shows. Overall, more than 400 brands and exhibitors will provide the approximately 30,000 trade visitors from throughout the world with a comprehensive market overview. This unique combination of trade fair, show and congress will take place from March 16 - 18, 2013 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Unique Stage for the Stars of Hairstyling
On a huge stage complete with catwalk and grandstand seating, the exciting show performances will start on March 16 with Russian super star Dmitry Vinokurov combining unparalleled craftsmanship with an artistic claim and elaborate choreographies. Following Dmitry Vinokurov’s show will be the legendary party with live music.
The international show program will include Sassoon’s collection premiere, appearances by mod’s hair international, Toni & Guy, People & Schumacher, Pivot Point, Shan Rahimkhan, Paul Brown Hawaii and the icono Academy.
Techniques, Tips and Tricks from the Best in the Sector
Practical know-how for everyday work in the salon will be the topic of the workshops on the workshop stages in Hall 16. The teams will present their practical take on current trends. There will be four stages for the segments Cut, Color and Styling. Creative teams ans stylists will included Martina Acht, Mario Krankl, Marlies Möller, Frank Brormann, Kertu hair & style, Markus Herrmann, Brockmann and Knödler, Bärbel Hopf, Paul Mitchell, the Goldwell Creative Team as well as the Capelli Group, Paul Brown Hawaii, Meininghaus, Mike Karg, Team Gandini, Pivot Point and KMS California. At the “Cutting Factory” in Hall 17, the presenters will demonstrate their skills with scissors and shaver.
“Career and Training” Further Training Opportunities
March 18 will highlight the “Career and Training” theme offering particularly newcomers diverse activities for learning and interactive participation. In some seminars attendees can join the activities on the workshop stages and get tips directly from the professionals. The new knowledge can be immediately tried out on mannequin heads.
Speakers such as Regina Först, Wolf Davids, Anitra Eggler, Daniela Ben Said and Andreas Wendt will address sector-specific issues such as marketing, salon management, conflict management, personal development and teamwork.
Award Ceremonies
On March 17, the TOP Salon 2013 award for the best hair stylists will be given out during TOP HAIR International while the SalonStars 2013 award ceremony will take place on March 16.
