I expected something great...but not THIS great. It was a special and wonderful Oribe weekend. More than 300 salon owners and artistic directors descending on Chelsea Piers in NYC to meet and work with Oribe himself. This hands on ORIBE HAIR CARE shoot/show/educational event defies description. Stylist Luigi Bruni, owner of the eponymous salon in Birmingham, Michigan (luigibruni.com), has a favorite beauty regimen for men, using products from celebrity stylist Oribe’s collection.
Beginning in early 2008, Oribe partnered with some of the former owners and team from Bumble & bumble to try and create what they termed “the Rolls Royce” of hair care. To build the line, they went all over the world to collect premium ingredients and the best people for each type of product.
Oribe credits his big break by the opportunity to assist celebrated stylist Garren at the Plaza Hotel in New York.
