When the “Roaring ’20s” are mentioned, images of decadence, indulgence, romance and luxury come to mind. It was these images that moved Nick Stenson, Artistic Director of the JCP Salon group, to create this texture-infused photoshoot.
Nick Stenson, artistic director for jcp Salons, believes women can be beautiful and powerful. He combines both inspirations in the Warrior Women collection.
Stenson and Carver kept the same bold burst of tone complemented with the fluidity of the hair cut. Using the Gloss Sync shades as all-over color, platinum is taken to new levels with a violet hue.
Stenson used the Gloss Sync shades as an overall toning color palette incorporating block color placement. The fringe is the focal point and hero. Playing with shapes and color together, and working with the active and inactive parts of the hair, the duo create a fresh structure and movement.
For this session, Matrix Artistic Directors Nick Stenson and Ammon Carver worked together to create two edgy finishes using the new Gloss Sync color shades as their palette.
