This lush head of hair was created with extensions from So.Cap and color from Matrix. Nicholas French, national creative director for So.Cap USA (socapusa.com) and global artistic designer for Matrix (matrix.com) along with Franco Hernandez, national director of education for So.Cap and Ramon Bacaui, master designer at Hair Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona, were the creative forces behind this voluminous look.
Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, and truly breath-taking. It’s chock full of medieval and modern architecture, beautiful fountains and has the coolest “paved” river running through the center of the city to the Meditterean.
